About the Meeting

The Region III State CCDF Administrators Meeting: Leading the Way—Strategies and Partnerships for a New Era in Child Care will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia Center City from April 29 to May 2, 2019. The meeting will be an opportunity for state Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) administrators to consult with Office of Child Care leaders on CCDF program processes and activities that will guide our collective work into the future.

The Region III State CCDF Administrators Meeting will cover numerous topics, including best practices for increasing quality, consumer education, criminal background checks, equal access, monitoring, and the need to address high-poverty/high-unemployment areas.

Who Should Attend

State CCDF administrators in the Region III states should attend this meeting. We also encourage states to bring individuals who are involved in various early care and education topical areas—such as co-CCDF administrators; licensing staff members; subsidy administrators; and agency staff involved in the areas of consumer education, criminal background checks, quality, and the workforce—and partners that support the implementation of your CCDF program.
